Policy
Pet Policy - We are proud to run nice equipment, and our goal is to keep that equipment in great condition. Because of this we do not allow any pets in company vehicles. In accordance to state and local laws, reasonable accommodations are made for certified service or emotional support animals. A $300 non-refundable deposit is required for all qualifying pets.
Slip Seating - We do not slip seat. Drivers are assigned a truck and stay with that unit. However, if you plan to take off longer than 3 days consecutively, you are asked to return the truck to the yard for service, or so that a local driver can use the truck in your absence. If you are concerned with the theft of your personal property, you are asked to please remove those items from the truck prior to dropping the unit at the yard. Diamond S Trucking takes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage done to any personal property left in a company vehicle.
